About

My research and teaching lies at the intersection of political sociology, history, and cultural anthropology. I explore the connections between national identity and religion, as well collective memory processes and national mythology. I am currently working on a book which analyses the reconfiguration of the relationship between Polishness, Catholicism and communism in the context of post-Holocaust Poland and Jewish – non-Jewish relations.
